Klar ist,\u00a0wenn ich mir eine anschaffe, dann sollte sie\u00a0schon etwas gr\u00f6\u00dfer ausfallen. Bei den\u00a0brauchbaren Gr\u00f6\u00dfen jenseits der\u00a0600mm\u00a0landet man\u00a0schnell in\u00a0Preisregionen ab 3k\u20ac. Das Objekt meiner bisherigen Begierde lag da schon um die 5k\u00a0EUR\u00a0mit 1000 x 600 mm, Pr\u00e4zisionsgewinden, HF-Spindel etc.<\/p>\n<p>Eher durch Zufall bin ich auf Youtube \u00fcber den X-Carve von Inventables gestolpert. Bei der\u00a0weiteren Recherche hat mich die Maschine\u00a0dann doch schwach gemacht. Zum\u00a0X-Carve liegen alle Quellen f\u00fcr jedermann\u00a0offen. So kann man sich selbst ein Bild vom Aufbau der Maschine machen. Man ist dadurch flexibel was Modifikationen angeht. Und dann ist da noch\u00a0der Zusammenbau.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_Maschine.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-123\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-123 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_Maschine.jpg\" alt=\"Fertig aufgebaute CNC-Maschine\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_Maschine.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_Maschine-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_Maschine-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->Nachdem die Entscheidung gefallen war, stand ich vor einem anderen\u00a0Problem &#8211; die Beschaffung. Man kann sich den X-Carve in meiner ge\u00fcnschten Ausf\u00fchrung zu 1300 USD (inzwischen 1400 USD) zwar direkt in den USA bei <a href=\"http:\/\/www.inventables.com\" target=\"_blank\">Inventables<\/a> bestellen, jedoch kommen hierbei noch die\u00a0Versandkosten von etwa\u00a0500 USD f\u00fcr das Komplettpaket noch dazu. Unser\u00a0Zoll erhebt darauf bei der Einfuhr nochmals um knapp um\u00a0die 400 USD. In Summe kommt man so auf etwas \u00fcber 2k EUR. Noch dazu verz\u00f6gert sich durch die Verzollung die Versanddauer. Ein weiter Haken ist die Oberfr\u00e4se 611 von DeWalt &#8211; die gibt es nur in der 110 Volt Version. Man muss sich dann die EU-Version D262 (oder eine andere passende) anderswo besorgen. Hierzulande bekommt man\u00a0diese\u00a0ab\u00a0320 EUR. Die US-Version gibts daf\u00fcr schon ab 120 USD netto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In der <a href=\"https:\/\/inventables.desk.com\/customer\/en\/portal\/articles\/2069611-official-international-resellers-distributors-\" target=\"_blank\">FAQ<\/a>\u00a0fand sich ein Hinweis auf den bisher einzigen Reseller <a href=\"http:\/\/robosavvy.com\/store\/cnc.html\" target=\"_blank\">RoboSavvy<\/a> in\u00a0London. Der Umweg \u00fcber die Insel\u00a0subtrahiert\u00a0so ganz legal den Zoll heraus. Preislich nimmt sich das jedoch nicht viel. Allerdings gibts dort die passende EU-Version der Fr\u00e4se. Hier fand sich auch gleich eine nette\u00a0Erweiterung&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"734\" height=\"413\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Qb1_UjIPCTE?start=49&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Den 2,8W Laser nimmt man doch mit!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ein\u00a0Posten war dann noch ein Dorn im Auge &#8211; das so genannte Wasteboard. Im Grunde nur eine 18mm dicke MDF Platte mit passenden Bohrungen, jedoch sprengt das Gewicht auch die Versandkosten. Im USA-Paket lag diese incl. Versand bei 300 USD zzgl. Einfuhr\u00a0. Beim Blick in den Baumarkt meines Vertrauens fand sich eine passende MDF in der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe 1220 x 2440 x 18 mm f\u00fcr unter 32 EUR. Die Platte reicht dann sogar f\u00fcr zwei dieser Boards. Da fiel die Entscheidung schon leichter.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_Wasteboard.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-135\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-135 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_Wasteboard.jpg\" alt=\"Wasteboard\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_Wasteboard.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_Wasteboard-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_Wasteboard-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ein weiterer Vorteil war die Bezahlung in EUR\u00a0mittels\u00a0SEPA-\u00dcberweisung, was auch noch Wechselkosten spart.\u00a0Der\u00a0Bestand war noch im Zulauf und sollte in etwa zwei Wochen eintreffen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Am 27. November ging dann die Bestellung an\u00a0RoboSavvy raus. Ein X-Carve 1000mm mit DeWalt D262 und Laser-Kit ohne Wasteboard zu damals 2,5k EUR. Die Best\u00e4tigung kam prompt und\u00a0die \u00dcberweisung ging am Wochenende raus. Durchaus \u00fcberrascht war ich, als bereits am Montag Mittag\u00a0der Geldeingang\u00a0best\u00e4tigt wurde. Zum 11. Dezember erreichte mich die Versandbest\u00e4tigung mit den Tracking-Nummern von UPS und nach vier weiteren Tagen wurden die beiden Pakete gegen 14 Uhr an der Haust\u00fcre abgeliefert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Der\u00a0Aufbau war in vier\u00a0Tagen erledigt, wobei der erste\u00a0Tag f\u00fcr das Auspacken, Platz schaffen und alles\u00a0auf Vollst\u00e4ndigkeit\u00a0pr\u00fcfen drauf ging. Hier kamen auch zwei unsch\u00f6ne Dinge zu Tage. Zum einen war die Plastikscheibe der Schutzbrille aus dem Toolkit gebrochen. Und zum anderen hatte\u00a0eine der Madenschrauben kein Gewinde. Gut, auf die Brille kann ich gerne verzichten. Hier musste ich zu Beginn eine kleine Nachbesserung f\u00fcr die Pr\u00e4zision machen. Am L\u00e4uferprofil auf der X-Achse hab ich zwei Senkungen nachgeschnitten, damit die Senkschrauben b\u00fcndig abschlie\u00dfen. Das war aus meiner Sicht erforderlich, da\u00a0darauf die Z-Achse montiert wird.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_X-Achse.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-143\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-143 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_X-Achse.jpg\" alt=\"zus\u00e4tzliches Senken\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_X-Achse.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_X-Achse-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_X-Achse-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Weiter habe ich zur leichteren Montage die Montagel\u00f6cher der Makerslides mit einem M5 Gewindeschneider\u00a05 bis 10 mm vorgeschnitten und entgratet. Dadurch l\u00e4sst sich die selbstschneidenden Schrauben leichter eindrehen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_Makerslides.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-122\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-122 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_Makerslides.jpg\" alt=\"Gewinde angeschnitten\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_Makerslides.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_Makerslides-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.twdotnet.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/ODORN_X-Carve_Makerslides-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Am letzten Tag gings dann in etwa 12 Stunden um die Y-Achse und die Verkabelung. Etwas fummelig stellte sich der Einzug aller Kabel in die Schleppkette dar. Ich wollte aber auch unbedingt das Anschlusskabel zum Fr\u00e4ser sowie die Stromversorgung und Steuerleitung f\u00fcr den Laser verlegen. Da wurde es doch sehr eng und man tut sich leichter, wenn man die Leitungen parallel und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig mit einem Einzugsdraht einzieht. Es lohnt sich sehr, alle Leitungen vor dem Einziehen zu beschriften.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">F\u00fcr die Z-Achse habe ich noch eine R\u00e4ndelmutter mit einer Handkurbel versehen und auf die Achse festgezogen. Zur Sicherheit sollte man vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme\u00a0alle elektrischen Verbindungen dreifach pr\u00fcfen. Hat man keine eigene CNC-Software, kann man den X-Carve \u00fcber die Web-App Easel ansteuern. Easel agiert hierbei als CAD\/CAM Anwendung. Beim ersten Lauf bewegten sich die X- und Y-Achse nicht, da die st\u00e4rkeren NEMA 23 Schrittmotoren mehr Saft brauchen. Das konnte aber leicht \u00fcber ein Hochdrehen der Potis auf dem GShield f\u00fcr die Stromzufuhr zu den Motoren beseitigt werden.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fazit<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/robosavvy.com\/store\/cnc\" target=\"_blank\">RoboSavvy<\/a> als Reseller\u00a0kann ich voll empfehlen. Die Kommunikation und Auftragsbearbeitung lief strukturiert und z\u00fcgig ab. Die Maschine selbst macht einen soliden Eindruck. Der Aufbau war \u00fcberraschend z\u00fcgig und das Erfolgserlebnis wenn sich die Achsen zum ersten Mal in Bewegung setzen stellte sich schnell ein.\u00a0Bisher bereue ich die Anschaffung nicht. Auf folgendes sollte man achten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wasteboard selbst erstellen<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Senkungen auf den X-Schlitten nachschneiden<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gewinde in die Montagel\u00f6cher der\u00a0Makerslides vorschneiden, aber nicht zu tief!<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kabel sauber parallel in die Schleppkette einziehen<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stromzufuhr auf dem GShield ggf. anpassen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Als n\u00e4chstes kommt die Montage des Lasers. Und die n\u00e4chsten Erweiterungen stehen auch schon auf dem Plan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ein Untertisch, ggf. klapp- und fahrbar<\/li>\n<li>ein eigener Steuerrechner f\u00fcr GRBL Controller oder Universal G-Code Sender<\/li>\n<li>ein gro\u00dfer roter Not-Aus Taster<\/li>\n<li>eine Geschwindigkeitssteuerung f\u00fcr die Fr\u00e4smaschine<\/li>\n<li>ein Schleppmesser f\u00fcr Folienschnitt<\/li>\n<li>ein Dust Cover f\u00fcr die Schienen<\/li>\n<li>ein Dust Collector f\u00fcr die Fr\u00e4se<\/li>\n<li>ein 3D-Extruder f\u00fcr 3D
